Overview

JST is currently seeking a

Acquisition Consultant/Management Analyst

to join our team. This is a full-time Onsite position with potential hybrid/remote work at Defense Health Agency (DHA) headquarters, Virginia. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

The

Acquisition Consultant/Management Analyst

shall be professional in demeanor, appearance, and deportment. Employees shall be responsive. The

Acquisition Consultant/Management Analyst

may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials. Personnel shall have excellent written and oral communications skills sufficient to provide clear concise communication and documentation. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project as well as with Adobe Acrobat.

Acquisition Consultant/Management Analyst

ResponsibilitiesFormulate short and long range resource planning requirementsanalyze trends in funding decrements, systems deployment,Support new programs and changes in user priorities;Perform studiesConducting analysis regarding continuous improvement, acquisition, budget, organizational realignment and manpower issuesPrepare Memorandums of Understanding and Agreement (MOUs and MOAs), point papers, fact sheets, requirements analysis, decision documents, and support of Program Reviews.Complete project planning to team standards.Monitor all designs & developments.Support acquisition of systems.Implementation of associated functional changes.Support acquisition strategies and acquisition lifecycle management planning and providing advice and guidanceAcquisition Consultant/Management Analyst

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degreeExperience in formulating short and long range resource planning requirementsExperience in funding decrements, systems deployment, new programs and changes in user prioritiesExperience in continuous improvement, acquisition, budget, organizational realignment and manpower issuesExperience preparing Memorandums of Understanding and Agreement (MOUs and MOAs), point papers, fact sheets, requirements analysis, decision documents, and support of Program Reviews.Experience with DoD acquisition programsRequired Clearances and Screenings

MUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance
