Overview
JST is currently seeking a
Acquisition Consultant/Management Analyst
to join our team. This is a full-time Onsite position with potential hybrid/remote work at Defense Health Agency (DHA) headquarters, Virginia. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
The
Acquisition Consultant/Management Analyst
shall be professional in demeanor, appearance, and deportment. Employees shall be responsive. The
Acquisition Consultant/Management Analyst
may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials. Personnel shall have excellent written and oral communications skills sufficient to provide clear concise communication and documentation. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project as well as with Adobe Acrobat.
Responsibilities
Formulate short and long range resource planning requirements
Analyze trends in funding decrements, systems deployment
Support new programs and changes in user priorities
Perform studies
Conduct analysis regarding continuous improvement, acquisition, budget, organizational realignment and manpower issues
Prepare Memorandums of Understanding and Agreement (MOUs and MOAs), point papers, fact sheets, requirements analysis, decision documents, and support of Program Reviews
Complete project planning to team standards
Monitor all designs & developments
Support acquisition of systems
Implementation of associated functional changes
Support acquisition strategies and acquisition lifecycle management planning and providing advice and guidance
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree
Experience in formulating short and long range resource planning requirements
Experience in funding decrements, systems deployment, new programs and changes in user priorities
Experience in continuous improvement, acquisition, budget, organizational realignment and manpower issues
Experience preparing Memorandums of Understanding and Agreement (MOUs and MOAs), point papers, fact sheets, requirements analysis, decision documents, and support of Program Reviews
Experience with DoD acquisition programs
Required Clearances and Screenings
MUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance
