Locations: Charlotte NC, Broomfield CO, Frisco TX, Chicago ILHybridPreferred Certifications: Zoom Phone, Avaya solutionsPreferred Certifications: DevOps development with Power Automate, Power BI, Ansible.Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or related relevant experienceRequired Skill sets: AT&T VoIP, Zoom Phone and Avaya VOIP and ACD, Call Routing, Voice network support services: QoS, DHCP, DNS, 802.1x, SIP/CTI integration to 3rd party systems IPC Networking Sevices, Oracle SBC, AudioCodes SBC, carrier VoIP and IP Toll Free configuration and troubleshooting5+ years working experience with a broad range of hardware, networking and telephony solutionVoIP System Engineer duties:
Strategic planning, design, implementation, and operationalization of all global communications services.Develop and document infrastructure support policies and guidelinesMonitor trends and recommend future architecture strategies and roadmapsEducate and mentor IT support staff as needed, including requisite training on technology and governanceResearch and stay current on Infrastructure best practices and function as a subject matter expert in this areaWork with outsource vendor to drive sound architectures, engineering designs, and configuration templatesEngage in complex production impacting technical issues and work to troubleshoot and restore service
