Exciting work you’ll do:

Identify and prioritize strategic problems through continuous discovery with customers and usersTranslate identified problems into measurable hypotheses, then test, learn, and iterate with key design and engineering partners to define how to solve those problemsCollaborate with scrum team to break down solutions into individually shippable milestones, create and refine user stories that support those milestones, and deliver with qualityDefine, own, analyze and report on the metrics that determine the success of tests, product launches, and product outcomesClearly communicate rationale and top tradeoffs for prioritized work to all stakeholdersEnsure teams are prepared for product launches through training during development and release activitiesGather and analyze competitive insight to inform approaches and contribute to a comprehensive competitive intelligence programUncover opportunities to improve inter- and intra-team collaboration and work cross-functionally to implement changes that make a meaningful impactInitiate market research and analysis of market size, opportunity and segments to identify and prioritize market problems worth solving that deliver exponential impactPrepare for, contribute to, and participate in industry conferences, webinars, customer visits, and user group meetings, including some travel

Who you are:

1-3 years Product Management experience within enterprise or B2B SaaS.Experience using data & analytics to inform design and product decisionsExcellent time management skills and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCurious in nature, which drives you to ask great questions about the “why” and seek supporting data to interpret and validate the most important needs of the productStrong leadership and communication skills that ensure everyone is driving towards the product goals together and buy in to the product visionBasic understanding of how modern technology and data systems are designed and builtExperience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA and Aha!) is beneficial

This position is part of a bargaining unit represented by CWA Local 1400, 2336 or 13000 .

Compensation

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.

US base salary range: $80,000 - $130,000

Please note that the compensation range specified in this job posting is applicable to candidates based in the United States. For international applicants, actual salary offers may vary based on the local market compensation standards and will be determined in accordance with regional considerations, including but not limited to applicable laws, cost of living, and industry norms.
