You'll be an entrepreneurial leader who can navigate uncertainty, translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies, and spearhead the creation of products used by millions.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaboratively Own the Product Vision and Roadmap:

Partner with key stakeholders across engineering, data science, sales, capital markets, and strategy to define the future direction of our core product offerings.Champion a Data-Driven Product Roadmap:

Collaborate with various teams to prioritize initiatives based on a data-driven framework that considers market trends, customer feedback, and potential business value.Lead a Collaborative Product Development Process:

Guide the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, fostering a cross-functional environment that ensures a seamless user experience.Partner with Engineering to Ensure Technical Excellence:

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and architectural soundness of product decisions, leveraging your technical background for clear communication.Spark a Culture of Innovation:

Foster a collaborative environment where creativity and experimentation are encouraged. Partner with cross-functional teams to explore new business opportunities and identify unmet customer needs.Build Strong Relationships Across the Organization:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment.Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

A seasoned product leader with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in high-growth technology companies.Possess a strong technical background with the ability to read, understand, and discuss code.Proven track record of building and scaling products that generate massive datasets and operate at scale.An analytical thinker who thrives on data-driven decision making and utilizes metrics to measure success.A born problem solver with a knack for identifying opportunities in ambiguity and crafting innovative solutions.A natural communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.An inspiring leader who fosters collaboration and empowers cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.An entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and a relentless drive to make a significant impact.$210,000 - $240,000 a year

In addition to the above salary, this role may be eligible for a bonus and equity.
