Enterprise Architect
to join our team to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services.Our Enterprise Architect will play a key role in identifying business needs using both external factors (such as competitors) and internal factors (such as the company's IT landscape).Will be required to strategize to manage legacy and cloud systems, replace obsolete software, define standards and integration patterns, and lead migrations to support business operations across each department.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate technology strategy, organization, business applications, and infrastructure.Advise on enterprise architecture landscape, including technology, information, data, security, and integrationImplement large-scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business transformation.Evaluate, identify technical feasibility, and develop proof of concept solution to establish, efficacy/effectiveness of proposed IT architecture.Evaluate and identify IT-related risks.Develop technology strategy and planning deliverables to address IT risks and improve the effectiveness of the IT organization, especially in business application integration.Produce target-state solution architecture and perform assessments and gap analysis.Define and assist with creating a standard technology stackAssist technical leads with integration and client solutions given the defined OSG IT stack.As required, will provide hands-on development as required to achieve business and or client implementation objectives. For example, creating an MVP solution, demo sites, API’s etc.Help formulate the overall solution strategies and roadmaps.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5-7 years of analysis experience5-7 years leading medium to complex integration projects including cloud, on prem, security patterns, ETL patterns (batch/real-time)API expertise, specifically RESTfulReporting architectures and high-volume data integrationsAbility to define which issues need to be addressed, and the variables that may affect their resolution. Come up with solutions that effectively address business and IT issues through technical analysis, troubleshooting, research, evaluation, and communication.Discussing with stakeholders and getting agreement on the problem and solution. Requires both strong verbal and written communication skills to settle conflicts.Turning solution proposals into reality throughout the process of development, testing, and deployment.Fluency to develop and use solution architecture frameworks, patterns, and best practices to drive business transformation.Experience designing and implementing microservices based solutions.Experience incorporating Generative AI and LLMsExperience designing solutions that can be deployed in both on premise and cloud environments enabling scaling and fault tolerance
