IT Desktop Support Analyst requires:
OnSite 5 days a week.3 years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician.Familiarity with networking systems and protocols.Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer.Possible OT required for this job (Afterhours and Weekends).Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.IT Desktop Support Analyst duties:
Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and email as appropriate.Dedicated C-Suite support New York office.Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Perform user administration duties.
