Perform new patient evaluations and examinationsDetermine necessary PT based on prescriptions, referrals, patient conditions, and recordsPlan, prepare, and administer treatment programs based on evaluation of patient dataEvaluate and record the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust to achieve maximum benefitProvide education to patients on techniques for the continuum of careKeep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summariesCommunicate with referring physiciansSuccessful Candidates Must Have :
Current license to practice physical therapy in
TexasGraduate of an accredited physical therapy programExperience or interest in Pelvic Health will be highly valuedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsPassion for learning and working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient patientsOne year of experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred but not required3-5 years of experience in the field is preferred
