Requirements
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Perform new patient evaluations and examinationsDetermine necessary PT based on prescriptions, referrals, patient conditions, and recordsPlan, prepare, and administer treatment programs based on evaluation of patient dataEvaluate and record the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust to achieve maximum benefitProvide education to patients on techniques for the continuum of careKeep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summariesCommunicate with referring physiciansSuccessful Candidates Must Have:
Current license to practice physical therapy in FloridaGraduate of an accredited physical therapy programStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience with vestibular/Pelvic floor/Lymphedema is a plus1+ years of experience in the field is preferredBenefits
