Occupational Therapist to
split
their time between our Amityville & Bethpage clinics.
Our clinics enjoy a well-trained support staff, as well as a state-of-the-art space and equipment. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!
Must be able to commit to the following schedule:
Bethpage - Tues/Thurs (10-8pm)
Amityville - Mon/Weds (10-8pm)
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one treatmentPlan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of occupational treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent occupational dysfunction in patients.Custom Splint Fabrication for PatientsPerform and document an initial exam, evaluating the data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention.Develop and guide plans of care which encourage compliance and produce the best results for your patients.Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.Must be willing to treat all ages and have sensory integration experience.What We Offer?
