Qualifications:

RequiredEducation and ExperienceDegree in PA studies or nurse practitioner certification from an approved programLicensed as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner in the State of Texas and maintain such license in good standing at all times1 Year experience preferredSleep medicine experience preferred but not requiredRequiredLicensures/CertificationPhysician Assistant Board Certification and ExperienceTexas Medical LicenseLocation Address:1400 S.
