UnityPoint Clinic is a physician-led, nonprofit health care organization offering comprehensive services in primary care, walk-in care and specialty care. The clinical teams at the areas clinics are improving outcomes, lowering the number of hospital readmissions and reducing avoidable costs associated with treating chronic conditions. The UnityPoint Clinic team is known for excellence and quality patient care putting patients at the center of their care to provide the best level of health and well-being.Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient accessEstablished team of 5 physiciansCohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferencesOpportunity to practice in an established and well-known clinic/hospitalExperienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the communityFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordinationResponsibilities:
Average 18-25 patients per day1:4 Call Rotation
Weekend Call: 1 per monthWeekday Call: 1 per week
Clinic Hours: M-Th 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm
12-1:30pm is reserved for attending L&D, rounding & cesarean sections
