Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patients' ability to perform daily activities.Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and tools to improve patients' functional abilities.Educate patients and their families on strategies to manage daily activities and promote independence.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and effective patient care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.Valid and active Occupational Therapist license in the state of MD.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting (preferred).Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and clinical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
