In 2016, the agency joined the Dentsu Aegis Network.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Delivery, and will:Manage project scope and timeline.Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.Coach team members in Agile frameworks.Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from clients or stakeholders).Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.Help teams implement changes effectively.Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.Guide creative teams to higher scrum maturity.Any other reasonable or necessary activity required by management or leadership.QualificationsBachelor's Degree.8 + years working as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital environment.Must have advertising agency background.Scrum Master Certification preferred.Demonstrable skills in managing projects of high risk and complexity, including timeline and budget management.Strong communication skills and expertise in leading strategic discussions & presentations to internal and external stakeholders.Track record of working at depth within a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier consulting firms or design agencies.Proven understanding of technology development and the design lifecycle.Expert knowledge of the end-to-end process for delivering design and user experience deliverables.Ability to jump into and manage many different categories of work.Strong presence and command of a room.Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal communication skills, time management, with a proven ability to do this at a management level internally and externally.Fully remote, but available to travel, as needed.Additional InformationThe anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $51- $82.
