San Dimas Pet Clinic is a well-established veterinary practice dedicated to providing high-quality care to pets in the San Dimas community and surrounding areas. Our team is committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive veterinary services, and we take pride in creating a positive and supportive work environment. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Urgent Care Veterinarian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling urgent and emergency cases, demonstrating exceptional medical and diagnostic skills, and displaying a strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. Responsibilities:
Provide urgent and emergency veterinary care to patients during scheduled urgent care hours.Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions and emergencies.Perform procedures and minor surgeries as necessary.Exposure to and development of soft tissue surgical skills dependent on the candidateCommunicate effectively with pet owners, explaining diagnoses and treatment options.Collaborate with the existing veterinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.Maintain accurate and complete medical records.Requirements
Requirements:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.California State veterinary license in good standing.Strong surgical skills are a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
