POSITION SUMMARY:The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the outbound material movements for Fives Intralogistics Corp along with being the primary person related to Import & Export Compliance. This role provides a crucial link between Assembly, Project Management, Services, and Supply Chain. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the generation of Outbound Delivery paperwork and scheduling of outbound transportation. Its independent responsibilities are focused on the accurate and timely transactions in SAP and the coordination of Outbound Delivery staging and posting of goods. This role will coordinate with other internal teams to resolve issues as applicable. The role requires strong verbal and written skills to support coordination with the interdependent functions listed above.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for Import & Export Compliance.

Responsible for creating Outbound Delivery Notes along with uploading them into SAP.

Arrange Outbound Transportation (including LTL and Full Truck).

Post Goods (& documentation) in SAP.

Generate Export Documentation (including Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origins).

Arrange Packaging and Crating (including requisition placement).

Packaging & Dunnage Instructions and transportation requirements.

Inbound & Outbound Brokerage (customs clearance).

Communicate with Project Manager / Site Manager.

Manage the outbound shipment schedule.

Take Pictures of outbound shipments to protect against claims.

Track OTD performance and cost.

Quoting of Transportation of Costs for Sales purposes.

Utilize the SAP scheduling and capacity planning functionality to coordinate outbound deliveries and advise on capacity issues.

Prepare shipping documents according to defined procedures.

Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.

Reinforce Fives Intralogistics Corp. Core Values and drive process improvement activities.

Other duties that may be assigned.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Three (3) plus years' experience in a production environment or related experience in warehouse / inventory / planning role.

Three (3) plus years' experience with major MRP software such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Information Systems is preferred.

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, drawings/prints, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, employees or organization.

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
