Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Partnership Ambassador
to cultivate and manage relationships with church planting movement leaders, church planting groups, denominations, and churches. This individual will strategize, set priorities, develop relationships, and attend strategic gatherings to strengthen DCPI’s relationships, so that our partners maximize use of the DCPI training system and increase the number of churches they plant.Strategy Statement:

, and together we reach 5 million churches.About DCPIDCPI is a non-profit (501c3) organization based in Oceanside, California with partners and staff working throughout the world. We train Christian leaders on every inhabited continent of the world to plant churches in their communities, in their languages. Because we primarily focus on supporting national leaders, we have seen God bring His Church to communities we could never reach in languages we could never speak. He has given us a vision to plant FIVE MILLION churches worldwide. We currently have over 500,000 leaders trained, who have planted over a million churches worldwide! We would love to make a place for you within our team!Skills NeededExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of types of people.Ability to create compelling presentations and proposals to engage potential partners.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Passion for reaching the world for Christ.ResponsibilitiesBuild New Partnerships:
Identify and cultivate relationships with church planting movement leaders, church planting networks, denominations, and churches to multiply church planting training in their networks. Create and present compelling presentations and reports to secure new partnerships with the goal of securing at least 10 new partners per year for DCPI.Maintain Existing Partnerships:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing growth and engagement. Develop and execute partner retention strategies, including regular contact and personalized communication. Organize, attend, or coordinate events, meetings, and other activities to engage with partners with the goal of maintaining a caseload of 20-50 partners for DCPI.Communication and Outreach:
Represent DCPI at various events, conferences, and meetings to promote the organization and its mission. Work with Brand & Marketing to ensure that you have all of the communication materials, including reports, brochures, banners, videos, etc, to support partnership engagement efforts with the goal of having a complete suite of marketing materials to support any type of partnership conversation.Technical Duties:
Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track and manage partnership activities and donor information. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in partnership development and donor relations with the goal of continuously improving the donor experience.Innovate & Improve:
Work with leadership to develop long-term strategies for partnership growth and sustainability. Provide insights and recommendations to improve partnership strategies and initiatives.Day-to-Day DutiesCall, text, or meet with existing partner caseload to coach and encourage them to develop their church planting leaders through the DCPI system.Attend partnership events, meetings, and conferences to represent DCPI and build connections with new partners.Build a list of prospective partners that you would like to see engage with DCPI, and work individuals through the Partnership Pipeline in DCPI’s CRM.Report partner statuses to Executive Team to keep them informed and innovating.Communicate with Brand & Marketing about any marketing materials needed for partner events, meetings, and conferences.Represent DCPI at DCPI booths at partnership events.AccountabilityThis leader reports to the Chief of Global Ministry.CompensationThis position is support-raised or volunteer.
