The Talent Acquisition Lead is primarily responsible to oversee the successful execution of TDA’s talent acquisition cycle. Specifically, it is responsible for the management and implementation of talent acquisition strategies that will create successful hiring, succession, and onboarding plans for not only current but future talent of the organization.The responsibilities include sourcing, creating job descriptions, candidate screening, providing guidance on interviewing and hiring process, job evaluation and managing candidate experience.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the recruitment process from end-to-end, including creating job posting, screening applicants, conducting interview and making hiring recommendationsCreating job descriptions based on hiring needs and communicating these needs to internal teams and external vendors who will be involved in the recruitment processCoordinates with Management, Production and Support Group to ensure hiring for quality and right fit talentConducts targeted selection interview and participates in interview deliberation with Managers on selecting the best candidate current vacanciesBuilds and maintains strategic alliances with the academe & industry for talent sourcingSupports job evaluation that maintains internal and external equity keeping TDA’s competitive advantageOverlooks onboarding plans for newly hired members, employee or freelancers and collaborates with other departments to ensure members are set up for successCollaborates with other departments of People Experience group that supports cultivating a positive experience for allREQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Behavioral Science or Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or other related course5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Officer, HR Operations or relevant human resources/administrative positionSpecialized experience in Recruitment, C&B, HRIS
