POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Executive Reporting Lead - Technology, you will help the Company communicate technology strategy and innovation to drive business outcomes.
You will develop deliverables on a regular cadence that our technology leaders will use to understand the status of key technology initiatives across the enterprise.
You will be responsible for creating consistent, accurate, and effective written and visual communications.
Successful candidates possess excellent writing and editing skills, a keen eye for design, mastery of Google Slides and Google Sheets, strong attention to detail, innate curiosity, and a collaborative working style.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create reporting deliverables for multiple audiences including the Board of Directors, the CEO, technology leaders, and external regulators.
Develop outputs that are factually accurate, action-oriented, and visually compelling to provide an ongoing understanding of progress across the enterprise.
Partner across the organization to define quantitative KPIs to measure project delivery health.
Collaborate with internal teams to setup and consistently optimize processes that enable the identification and aggregation of reporting inputs in a streamlined and repeatable manner.
EXPERIENCE
Technology domain knowledge, experience in financial services, and/or experience in a highly regulated industry.
Ability to anticipate and proactively address the needs of executive-level audiences.
Ability to translate technical language into communications that are clear, relevant and meaningful to non-technical audiences.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data to tell a story.
High standards for accuracy and consistency.
Experience with G-Suite applications with emphasis on Google Slides and Google Sheets.
3+ years in presentation design and development.
Proficiency with the visual display of quantitative information.
EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree required
or
MBA or similar degree
