The

Senior Associate, Strategy

asists the Strategy team in selecting media channelsand programs based on the established strategic media approach. They are responsible for the accuracy of the media plan Flowchart, Creative Asset Tracker, and TrafficWorkbooks. You will report to either the Supervisor, Strategy or the Associate Director, Strategy.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.Your Impact:You will support the strategy team and learn how to manage the media planning process from start to finishYou will bring financial management skillsYou will be assigned either to one or multiple client accounts and will learn how to transition between themYou will begin to have a foundational understanding of the role of media channels in a planYour goal in this role is to reach an expertise in different media research tools and softwareYou will bring a basic knowledge of competitive marketplace and how to pull that dataYou will work with cross capability teamsYou will pull audience and competitive dataYou will collect updates and present internal status to the teamYou will update media Flowcharts to match financial documentsYou will create and maintain Creative Asset Trackers and developing actuate Traffic WorkbooksYou will begin to pro-actively identify and resolve issuesQualifications

2+ years media planning experience1+ years experience using Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)Familiarity with standard media research and planning tools (e.g. Clear Decisions)
