Join our dynamic Engineering team and take charge of analysing, developing, designing, and executing new engineering projects, technical initiatives, and plant improvements across our US facilities.You will start in our headquarters in Barcelona, and for 6 months you will report to the global engineering department director as part of your induction to the group engineering procedures. Later, you will move to Chicago and report to the director of engineering in the US. Here you will participate in exciting projects.Lead and manage multiple engineering projects, ranging from $2K to multi-million dollar budgets.

Collaborate with internal departments, customers, external consultants, and contractors.

Analyse current processes to propose and implement changes for improved efficiency, productivity, and environmental performance.

Execute technical initiatives and plant improvements to support overall company growth.

Do you have what it takes?

Minimum requirement: Master's degree in Engineering (preference for Industrial, Electrical and/or Automation, Mechanical, or Chemical disciplines).

10+ years of experience in engineering and managing industrial projects, with expertise in project management of small to medium-sized projects and managing multiple contractors.

Experience in hazardous and non-hazardous waste treatment and recycling technologies such as thermal processes, water treatment, oil recycling and gas treatment technologies are all valuable for the position. Comprehensive experience in the entire project lifecycle, including design, capital control, construction, and commissioning.

Proficiency in commissioning plants and systems with high levels of automation and process instrumentation.
