Blank Children's is a 108-bed environment that embraces and encourages families to be a part of their child's healing and recovery. Everything from equipment to dcor is designed specifically for children.Established team of 2 physicians and 2 Advanced PractitionersOpportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic with some rounding and consults in the hospitalFull-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient accessFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordinationClinical track faculty appointment with the University of IowaFully accredited CF centerMultidisciplinary CF clinicFully equipped flexible bronchoscopy and laryngoscopy, exercise testing, and pulmonary function labResponsibilities:

Average of 15 patients per dayTeaching and research opportunities - our residency program is fully accredited by the ACGME and offers seven categorical positions each yearShared call amongst the providers. Currently 1:3 Triaged through MyNursePractice is a mix of inpatient and outpatientAbility to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serveAdmits and consults in the hospitalPatient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environmentOpportunity for expansion in our asthma centerQualifications:

MD or DOBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Pulmonology

Prefer Board Certified sleep medicine
