Bilingual Associate Attorney - Clason Immigration Law Firm (Fresno)
Clason Immigration Law Firm, whose specialty is family-based immigration, asylum, deportation/removal defense, and immigration-related appeals, seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) associate attorney with a passion for immigration and nationality law. No experience necessary, and new bar admittees are welcome to apply. Applicants who obtain the position can expect to be responsible for handling case files, have extensive client interaction, appear in person at USCIS offices and federal immigration courts throughout California (principally in Fresno and San Francisco), conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and assist in managing support staff.Other requirements include:Fluency (reading, writing and speaking) in the Spanish languageStrong written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and writing skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Superior organizational skills.Proficient in typing, calendar management, and Google Docs.Bar admission to ANY state.We offer a generous benefits package which includes a competitive salary based on experience ($85,000 to $200,000/annual), paid holidays, 10 vacation/sick leave days per year, health coverage including dental and vision, 401(k) plan, payment of annual bar dues, and semi-annual performance bonuses. This is a full-time Monday-Friday, 50 hours per week, salaried position.Salary: $85,000 to $200,000 per year Bar license from any state required Work Location: In person, downtown Fresno.
