Responsibilities
Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediationsDraft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and analysisManage a caseload and work independentlyCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the caseAttend hearings and trialsProvide legal advice and guidance to clientsParticipate in business development and marketing activities
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the state of employment3+ years of experience in Litigation, construction litigation attorney, insurance litigation, and Tort LawExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage a caseloadStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
