Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, fraud, and business torts.Handle bankruptcy cases, including creditor representation and debtor representation.Advise clients on franchise law matters, including franchise agreements, disclosure documents, and franchise disputes.Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and motions.Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to provide exceptional client service.Manage a caseload and meet deadlines.Qualifications
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the state of [insert state].0-2+ years of experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, franchise, and civil litigation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.Experience with law review is a plus.CO licensedInterested in hearing more?
