Job Description:The client seeks a Business Systems Analyst to work on an inhouse software development project for the Division of Securities and Retail Franchising. This position will be responsible for eliciting functional requirements for the division’s new SERFIS software system that will replace the existing system with a comprehensive work management system.
Responsibilities Include:
Elicit functional and technical requirements based off business requirements and interviews/meetings with business system users.Write requirements into clear and concise user stories that are easy to understand and implement by technical staff.Get business signoffs on approved requirements.Manage and track requirements in Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)Manage and track product backlog and change requests.Create conceptual prototypes and mockupsAssist the developers in unit testing and work with QA to review test cases.Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing with business users.
