Responsibilities:- Attend court hearings in various counties throughout the state- Manage files and monitor cases to meet deadlines- Prepare and review legal documents- Conduct legal research- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Qualifications:- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Replevin, and Litigation- Knowledge of Black Knight and FNMA guidelines a plus- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited university- Licensed to practice in the State of Arizona- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work
