Mortgage Default Attorney - Troy, MIAgility 360 is searching for a Default Attorney to join our client's legal practice located in Troy, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Replevin, and Litigation. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan (Ohio and Indiana are a plus).Responsibilities:Attending court hearings in several counties throughout the stateManagement of files and monitoring of cases to ensure deadlines are metDocument preparation and review including complaints, judgment and sale pleadingsDrafting responses to pleadingsPreparing and responding to discoveryLegal researchSkills:8+ years of related experience in the specified fieldExperience with Black Knight and FNMA guidelines are a plusJuris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited universityMust be licensed in State of Michigan; Ohio and Indiana a plusExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and produce an accurate and high-quality work productDetails:Direct hire, full-time positionSalary range: $90,000 - $120,000 / year (based on experience)Must pass a background check and drug screeningBenefits package included
