Develop and refine project planning and scheduling for increased efficiency and accuracy.Manage project deliverables for our esteemed clients.Coordinate with OIS technical support team.Update planner with new tasks from OIP project team input.Maintain and manage multiple detailed schedules.Ensure timely completion through monitoring and control of programs.Schedule and conduct stage gate review meetings.Advise on and escalate key issues affecting the schedule.Allocate resources appropriately and produce resource capacity reports.Generate ad hoc reports for senior management decision-making.Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Office 365 and Tableau.Prior experience in state government settings.Strong project management skills.Excellent communication abilities.Remote work effectiveness.Ideal Candidate:
Familiarity with WSDL Language.Basic understanding of HL7; desirable experience with HL7 immunization profiles.Proficient in Visio for process mapping.Project Manager
