This role will work directly with many internal teams such as the Business Solutions/planning team, various activation teams, analytics, MTD, project management, finance, and more. Additionally, this individual will interface with client teams across disciplines to ensure processes are implemented and tasks are completed, while holding key stakeholders and teams accountable.Specific tasks center around data entry, budget tracking, and liaising between teams. This individual will be trained in proprietary AMCN data and measurement tools/dashboards as well as airtable. He/She/They will be responsible for honing their expertise on these platforms and becoming the “go-to” on the team. This role will also work closely with team project manager to align on project timelines and deliverables.What You’ll DoPlan Data Entry and Tracking

Organize and aggregate media plan data/flowcharts and prep for upload to AMCN dashboard, ensuring accuracy and proper naming conventions.Add new naming convention inputs needed into client platforms.Align with clients on how campaigns will be classified and share that direction across teams.Check AMCN dashboards daily to ensure data is flowing properly and inputs are mapped.Work closely with AMCN BI team and help troubleshoot issues when they arise, collaborating with internal teams as needed.Regular comparison of planned vs. actual data in dashboard to identify any possible gaps.Collaborate with finance/client ops on aggregated spend reports.

Airtable Entry and Maintenance

Collaborate with planning and activation teams to create airtable records for each campaign.Help teams by generating new tables as needed, setting up proper fields and appropriate formatting, etc.Manage follow ups for delayed creative, alert clients within airtable and via status meetings.Manage list of what is due/when and help clients/teams prioritize deliveries and activations.Come prepared to weekly creative calls to discuss deliverables.

General

Audit workflows and drive efficiencies, identify redundancies or inefficiencies in process and work to improve.Work with Project Manager to keep track of status and milestones.Assist/lead as needed with new projects and processes in collaboration with clients and planning teams.Act as liaison to Client Ops/finance teams both within HMI and AMCN. Assist with internal forecasting, billing, and reconciliation, acting as key point of contact before planning/activation teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience5-7 years of experience.Must be detail-oriented and very organized.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in a client relationship management role.Proven experience scoping multi-disciplined projects.Ability to identify & prioritize activities across disciplines.Willingness to problem solve and work on never been done before agency projects.Understanding and documenting client objectives and expectations.Diplomacy and relationship management savvy.Experience working with Cable, Network or other Media companies would be preferred.Physical Activity and Work EnvironmentThere are no requirements for physical activity and work environment.The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.
