Senior Business Transactions Attorney

Platt Richmond is seeking a Senior Business Transactions Attorney with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private placements of securities, entity formation, investment funds and corporate governance to join our dynamic legal team in Dallas or Houston. This position will have direct client interaction and organizational involvement is highly encouraged.
