Chargezoom, a fast-growing SaaS fintech startup, specializes in delivering automated payment solutions. Our mission is to simplify internal financial processes and enable main-street businesses to save time, money, and achieve their goals through our intelligently designed software products and accounting software integrations. We are currently searching for a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Manager with a proven track record in managing and expanding channel partner relationships. The ideal candidate will excel at nurturing and growing our existing network of partners.We are looking for energetic and ambitious Customer Success Managers. We strive to only promote from within, so every team member that joins starts preparing for the next step from day one.Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact and product expert during your clients first 30-90 daysEngage with users during their prospecting journey to drive product adoptionOnboard and educate clients on the Chargezoom platformProvide clients with platform tours and help them process their first transactionEnsure customers set their automations up in the most efficient way possibleIdentify gaps in the experience that causes confusion or prevents the user from moving forwardHelp develop and implement industry leading onboarding processes that delight new customersCollaborate with Growth and Product teams to provide feedback on opportunities and gapsClose small dollar value deals, by helping the customer through the processRequirements

+2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably at a SaaS companyTrack record for building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders and customersThoughtful verbal and written communication through a variety of channelsPassion for technology and driving product improvementsExperience working in HubSpot CRM or Help Desk tools is a plusWhat Success Looks Like

On-target earnings (OTE): $70,000 - $98,000Base Salary: $60,000 - $72,000Monthly bonus based on NRR (net revenue retention)Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
