We're seeking individuals who have a strong background in drafting and negotiating documents related to various commercial real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, modification and workout documents, leases, and related due diligence work.Expertise:Candidates should possess expertise in zoning and land use matters, with experience leading and presenting various types of land use entitlement cases.
