Senior Real Estate Attorney

A law firm in Chicago is currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Real Estate Attorney. In this role, the candidate will serve as a trusted business advisor to clients, providing guidance across the entire spectrum of legal matters. The Senior Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for handling complex real estate transactions, gaining direct client interaction, and playing a key role in business development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, and at least 7 years of real estate or related transactional law experience.Duties:Serve as a business advisor, guiding clients through various legal matters in their life cycle.Handle all aspects of complex real estate transactions for clients of varying sizes and industries.Gain direct client interaction and significant responsibility for complex legal matters.Preferably bring a minimal portable book of business.Work on complex real estate developments, financing transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial lease transactions, zoning, land use, and condominium matters.Requirements:J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.7+ years of real estate or related transactional law experience.Excellent academic credentials.Experience in complex real estate developments, financing transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial lease transactions, zoning, land use, and condominiums.Skills:Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff.Strong oral and written communication skills.Business development experience is a plus.Ability to handle significant responsibility for sophisticated legal matters.Company info:BCG Attorney Search200 South Wacker Drive, 31st FloorChicago, Illinois, United States 60606Phone:
