The ideal candidate will possess a minimal portable book of business and have expertise in various real estate areas.Duties:Serve as a business advisor to clients, offering legal guidance across a full spectrum of matters.Manage all aspects of complex real estate transactions for clients of varying sizes and industries.Gained direct client interaction and business development experience, and took significant responsibility for complex legal matters.Preferably bring a minimal portable book of business.Handle complex real estate developments, financing transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial lease transactions, zoning, land use, and condominium matters.Requirements:7+ years of real estate or related transactional law experienceJ.D. from an ABA-accredited law schoolExcellent academic credentialsExperience in complex real estate developments, financing transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial lease transactions, zoning, land use, and condominiumsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external clients, attorneys, and staffExcellent oral and written communication skillsCertifications:Admission to the Bar in the state of Utah or eligibility for admission.Skills:Expertise in complex real estate transactions and related legal mattersBusiness development skills and client relationship managementStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle significant responsibility for complex legal matters
