As a Recruiter at Constant Contact, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day success of the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. You will work with our managers and senior leaders to tackle full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. Roles that you would be responsible for range from customer support to marketing, from entry-level individual contributors to highly experienced senior leaders, and everything in between. We are looking for a true partner who is passionate about the client experience, both for candidates and hiring managers.

What you will do:

Identify, attract and hire top talent in a high-volume recruitment environmentDevelop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline in alignment with key hiring initiativesAlways be recruiting! Proactively attract and engage top talent in anticipation of future hiring needsSupport hiring managers and interview teams on hiring and interviewing best practicesLeverage multiple online recruiting channels and your own creativity to identify and share new talent sources with Talent Acquisition teamDeliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the interview process with an emphasis on building trust and engagementPartner closely with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to ensure the best experience for candidates, stakeholders and the business alikeWho you are:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferredMinimum 5+ years’ recruiting experience in a fast paced, rapidly evolving corporate and/or agency setting; Experience recruiting in SaaS environment highly-preferredProven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent for a variety of rolesStrong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends in the job marketProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software, such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn RecruiterExperience building relationships with key stakeholdersResults-driven, disciplined, resourceful and tenacious self-starterNaturally competitive with yourself, but collaborative with othersThe specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
