A professional services firm in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Product Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
The Product Manager will be responsible for:End to end preparation of relevant product release materials including release summaries, release messages and relevant product websitesDesigning and continuously improving he release materials process and framework required to enable release materials planning and deliveryDeveloping and maintaining strong subject matter understanding of the products in the Audit portfolioEngaging with documentation owners and guidance professionals to drive design, development and packaging of required product publications, aligned and integrated within the overall product release cycle and schedule for a given release milestoneManaging the gathering of release materials and documentation scope (Baseline)Leading the solicitation of inputs for key deliverable-level planning details (i.e., deliverables by category including, owner, action, completion / publish timing, format, resource requirements etc.)Performing other duties, as neededQualifications:
2+ years of relevant work experienceBachelor's DegreeExperience working with preparation technical documentation- focused on technology product documentation / content managementProject Management experienceMicrosoft Office proficient (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and project management toolsWorking with Microsoft SharePoint document management system and Microsoft Teams collaborationSolid problem solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organized
