An investment management firm in New York City is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Real Estate Fund Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities:
The Real Estate Fund Accounting Manager will:Calculate waterfalls, management fees, carried interest, strike NAV packages, etc.Confirm if they've reviewed or worked on partners capital, capital call / distributionsPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:
5+ years of Public / Private Accounting and/or Fund Admin experienceBachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or a related fieldFund Accounting experienceStrong understanding of fundamental Accounting knowledge, including Credits, Debits, etc.Microsoft Excel proficientSolid analytical, mathematical, and research skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:
Private Equity Real Estate experience
