Business Development RepresentativeLocal candidates only. Relocation / H-1B is not offered.Our innovative tech company is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in competitive environments. The Business Development Representative will partner with our existing sales teams to support and find new customers who can benefit from our solutions.The BDR will focus on hunting for new opportunities for our sales teams to engage. The BDR will partner closely with marketing to follow up on leads as well as come up with ways to generate meetings to drive revenue. This is a great opportunity for the BDR to learn about the different industries and verticals that IPCMobile services as well as to learn from a proven sales leader.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generates and develops new business to meet specified production goals.Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.Prepares and presents sales proposals.Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of industry product information.Continually gathers information on local competition and prevalent industry and business climate within the region; communicates information to management and others as needed.Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Willing to learnStrong cross-functional team skills.Ethical. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent, one to two years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be a self-starter and proactive.Willingness to hunt and prospect to achieve goalsHave tenacity, drive and can-do attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisionsCreative, flexible, and innovative team playerDemonstrated ability to make successful presentationsStrong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.Strong interpersonal skills.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.Proficient in Dynamics, Microsoft Office SuitePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
