This individual will be responsible for interacting with the application team or across multiple application teams and with clients on a daily basis to perform functional & technical requirements analysis, documentation, and validation for new and existing software development. This individual will also create new or update existing user stories, acceptance criteria, assist in the gathering meeting notes, preparation of weekly status reports and presenting status updates to the team and client. As needed, the analyst will help facilitate team and stakeholder discussions, remove team impediments, and coordinate with other scrum teams to deliver high quality products.Required Skills:Experience/understanding analyzing and documenting system capability and analyzing data to identify issues or questionsAnalyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.Experience/understanding developing requirements documentation such as: User Stories, System Requirements, Use Cases and Acceptance CriteriaKnowledge of Software Development Agile Frameworks, including Scaled Agile, Scrum and KanbanAbility to conduct necessary research and provide in-depth analysis to resolve production issuesAbility to maintain ownership of tasks until resolution, manage competing priorities, and provide timely solutions to the team, while remaining flexible with continually changing prioritiesAbility to serve as the liaison between the project manager, development team, and client to clarify requirements, confirm system behavior, delegate issues & support request assignments and escalate issues to the Project Manager/Scrum LeadUnderstanding of Screen and User Interface designs (wireframes), Front End Test Documentation (Sprint Review), User Guides/Online Help documentation, Release Notes, End User Communication and Training materialsProficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePointPreferred Skills:Ability to learn quickly, self-starter and detail orientedAbility to analyze disparate systems to identify gaps and potential impactsAbility to develop business workflowsExperience using Jira and Confluence for requirements documentationExperience working with stakeholders and product owner to define the target state of a system and identify/document gap for software applicationsPrior experience on a successful scrum team, including experience with sprint ceremonies such as sprint, planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectivesExcellent communication skills (written and oral) with a demonstrated ability to develop presentation materials, lead and facilitate team meetings sessionsExperience/understanding of SQL and completing database queries to support analysisSalary Range:$92,000 - $103,500 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceRetirement planVision insurance
