Responsibilities:Lead and oversee Intake Specialists, providing coaching and guidance on effective communication and intake processes.Provide legal guidance and feedback to potential clients, listening to their incidents and evaluating their cases.Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients, ensuring a positive client experience.Work collaboratively with fellow Associate Attorneys and team members to strategize and support clients' legal needs.Work closely with Partners and the CEO to evaluate cases and determine next steps.Requirements:Must be licensed to practice law in Nevada.Strong analytical skills.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.Positive, confident, and charismatic demeanor.Excellent active listening skills and ability to multitask.Intelligent analytical ability to assess liability, damages, and recovery sources.Excellent communication skills.Resourcefulness in problem-solving and proactive solution creation.Professional attire and demeanor.Availability to handle weekend intake meetings and after-hours consultations as needed.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.401K retirement plan with company match.Paid vacation time and holidays.Gym reimbursement.Bar fees and CLEs covered by the company.Life and disability insurance.Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.
