Job OverviewAs the Human Resources Manager at Hawaii Family Dental, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the company's mission of treating team members and patients like family. You will oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting employee growth and development.Your ContributionsBuild rapport with managers and team members to ensure timely and efficient communicationSupport and process payroll for employees with different pay types (hourly, salary, contract, commission-based)Oversee and support benefits enrollment (medical, dental, 401k, supplemental)Conduct and support new hire orientations and onboardingSupport employee engagement communication and activitiesResolve employee concerns and conduct investigations as neededSupport 401(k) and WC auditsMaintain HR records and compile reports from HRISRemain current on HR practices included OSHA and other state and federal regulatory agenciesYour QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR or business, or work equivalentAt least 5 years or more experience in Human Resources with 3 years in payroll processingProficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPaycom experience is highly desirableWhat You’ll Love About UsCompetitive payMedical, Drug, Vision + Dental401K with Employer MatchingPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysFormal and On-the-job TrainingTeamwork, camaraderie, and FUN!Who We AreHawaii Family Dental is a locally owned and operated multi-specialty dental practice.
