As a Manager Technology Program Management, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Technology Program Management team reporting to the Senior Lead Project Manager, you will support programs requiring the coordination of multiple technology workstreams to enable Hilton's differentiating capabilities.

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
Work across Technology domains to capture workstream status and risks.Manage identified risks and remove barriers to ensure program activities stay on track.Prepare leadership status updates on overall progress across Technology.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
Partner with Product Program Managers to provide updates on Technology workstreams and represent Technology on recurring program calls.Work with Technology workstream leads to create a single view of Technology's progress and ensure any risks or obstacles are identified and addressed.
What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of
Complex, cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across multiple Technology workstreams, including MarTech, Inventory, Hilton for Business, and Partnerships.

You Have These Minimum Qualifications
Five (5) years of professional experience in Technology or a related fieldFive (5) years of work experience in project or program managementExperience working in corporate enterprise environmentsTravel up to 20%
It Would Be Useful If You Have
Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experienceSeven (7)+ years of professional experience in Technology or a related fieldExperience with common project management and delivery tools (MS Project, AirTable, SmartSheet, Jira, Confluence)Hospitality experiencePMP (Project Management Professional) certification
