Project manager plans, executes, and delivers all projects on time, on budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. Throughout the lifecycle of each project, the manager tracks project status and manages project teams to mitigate issues and risks. This person will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders and must demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest quality. This person will also apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve workflow productivity, manage the project plans, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies.
Establish and manage dashboards and KPIs to drive transparency and aid decision-making (e.g., Cost, Usage, Performance, Scale, Errors)Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and prioritiesProactively identify, prioritize, and resolve risks and issues in a timely mannerCollaborate with and support teams to build trust and deliver work effectively across business unitsReport weekly through online status dashboards to provide real-time data on program and project delivery status to the executive leadership teamManage complex projects that span multiple business teams; understand and manage impacts and independencies with other teams and projectsFive to seven years of project management experience including Front-office/Sales Transformational, technology-enabled projects
