Position Summary

The individual in this role is responsible for overseeing all strategic E-commerce accounts in the US and the UK, encompassing comprehensive management of various aspects including service level metrics, sales, and continuous improvement efforts.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of Online Ecommerce Account(s)eBay, Walmart, Amazon (Seller Central / Vendor Central)Expand into new territories, including EU, Canada, and AsiaManage future retail-type accounts, such as Walmart (1P)Possess knowledge of PPC campaigns and Keyword Targeting to drive targeted traffic and conversionsTake responsibility for Sales Promotions and implement SEO strategies for improved visibility and rankingsMaintain Brand Registry for brand protection and enhanced brand presenceUnderstand A+ content and store management to optimize product listings and improve customer experienceConduct A/B testing and analyze results to refine strategies and drive better outcomesEnsure listing optimization on all marketplaces to maximize product visibility and sales potentialManage and respond to customer feedback, addressing concerns and maintaining a positive brand imagePromote a collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and cross-training initiatives to enhance team productivity, versatility, and skill developmentUndertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, & Skills Required)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field5+ years of experience with online retail required (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Newegg)Automotive experience preferredMinimum of 2 years’ experience in online marketplaces requiredChannel Advisor experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and OutlookDemonstrates the ability to design workflows and procedures, generate innovative solutions, identify and resolve issues promptly, and coordinate projects effectivelyDisplays proficiency in project management and coordinationExhibits professional experience working collaboratively in a team environmentShows the capacity to generate creative solutionsDemonstrates skill in writing routine reports and correspondencePossesses effective verbal communication skills, with the ability to address groups of customers or employees in an organizationMust possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in workDisplays diligence in completing tasks in a timely manner, utilizing effective time management skills

Employment Type: Full Time
