Role Summary

New and CPO Vehicle Sales & Marketing: Work with dealers to develop and implement action plans to achieve dealer, area, and regional new vehicle sales objectivesSales Satisfaction Index (SSI): Assist area dealerships' with customer sales experience performance as measured by SSIWholesale and Distribution Objectives: Work with area dealers to develop strong inventory management processes and procedures to fulfill wholesale objectives and meet aged vehicle policies for all vehicle linesMarket Share: Grow Market Share within the Area by driving new and used Audi retail salesLoyalty: Establish a sound strategy to increase and maintain Dealer and Brand loyalty at all dealers throughout the AreaProgram development: Develop Area programs using budget allotted to drive Area business and achieve Area metricsTraining: Ensure that area dealerships meet sales and product related certification and training requirementsModern Retail: Work with area dealers to implement digital retail tools and processes to elevate the consumer experience including but not limited to the fundamentals of “Audi at Your Door”Work collaboratively with AASM and specialists to develop strategy geared toward accomplishing Area objectives

Role Responsibilities

Ensure dealers understand and implement corporate sales and marketing programsEvaluate dealer inventory and pipeline orders to determine breakdowns in supply vs. demand; resolve supply/demand issues with Region Operations Managers and dealersMonitor dealer compliance with vehicle allocation processCoordinate local and regional representation at auto shows throughout assigned geographyAssist dealer with overall effectiveness of CRM (e.g., prospecting, lead generation & disposition and dealer loyalty)Ensure a dealer lease-end process is in place and well executedWork closely with AASM to locate vehicles for trade assists and collateral exchangesReview relevant monthly sales reports with Dealer Sales Managers and develop strategies for deficiency improvementIdentify sales problems and develop detailed action plans with Sales Managers to resolve concernsEnsure implementation of major technical solutions and process improvements (e.g., action items resulting from Dealer Process Consultant visit)Monitor and assist dealer personnel in meeting training and certification requirementsMonitor dealer compliance with Audi sales policies (e.g., submission of sales data within 3 business days)Monitor dealer attainment of new car loyalty objectives and provide coaching and council to dealers who are not meeting expectationsDeliver operational excellence as defined in regional and national KPIsDevelop Area wide incentive programs and dealership contests within budget to effectively drive intended sales resultsDevelop weekly new and CPO sales forecast, and complete a weekly business conditions recap for each market within the AreaAssist with the execution and management of dealer ad group and budgetDevelop SSI strategy and execute to achieve objectivesManage each dealer’s tier three advertising spend through a sound strategyCollect and evaluate monthly dealer marketing plans to ensure aligned strategyCoordinate local events with dealers, vendors, and partners to ensure flawless executionMonitor and analyze dealer and area inventory and manage vehicle aging and inventory mixMonitor & support the use of Modern Retailing experience throughout the sales processVariance Control: Raise dealers' sales related performance levels and reduce variability between dealers

Education – Required

Bachelor’s degree

Work Flexibility

Position is typically home-based with up to 80% travelPosition requires frequent travel to dealersTravel outside Area may be required at timesPosition requires availability via phone on weekends and holidays when dealerships are open

Salary range is dependent on factors such as geographical differentials, industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications.

In the state of California, the salary range is $97,100.00 - $148,200.00.

In the state of Colorado, the salary range is $88,300.00 - $134,700.00.

In the state of Washington, the salary range is $97,100.00 - $148,200.00.

In New York City, the salary range is $105,900.00 - $161,700.00.

In Westchester County, the salary range is $105,900.00 - $161,700.00.

In the state of Rhode Island, the salary range is $88,300.00 - $134,700.00.
