General Summary:

The PPES Regional Growth Manager role is focused on acquisition of HCA PPES branded dealerships to sell Power Protect insurance Products. The position will establish relationships with Dealers, negotiate program and deal structures, monitor their performance, achieve Region sales objectives, and work with the Region staff. Maximize the organization and performance by aligning with District Manager leader for coaching and development of stores performance. Align closely with Regional Finance Managers and OEM staff in the Region to develop and implement regional programs and exceed annual sales objectives.

The PPES Regional Growth Manager is responsible for growing the Regions PPES Dealership count and production. Effectively influences and aligns with regional OEM & Finance leadership. Positions HCA and HCI field and sales force as trusted advisors to PPES dealers.

Duties And Responsibilities:Acquisition New Business - Develop and execute the Region’s PPES insurance growth objectives through Dealer conversion to the PPES-branded F&I product, program, and deal structures.Build & Develop Regions Key Dealers & Large Dealer Group HCA PPES branded Relationships.Develop & Execute strategy to generate future revenue growth through new acquisitions of Key Dealers & Large Dealer Groups.Manage and update Regions active pipeline for future growth.Support and Drive Dealer Kickoff & Transition training for all acquisitions.Implement & Drive Dealer F&I and Store training to support the PPES Insurance product & performance so that stores maximize production.Interact with other regional sales (HCA, OEM) and dealer body / dealer councils / Ad associations on issues, concerns, opportunities; work cross-functionally with other HCA departments.Support Major Issue resolution for Key Dealers & Large Dealer Groups within Region.Manage & Maintain necessary reporting to support future growth and issue resolution.Work Experience:10+ years in automobile finance industry, with a focus on Dealership acquisition and/or F&I field sales. Captive experience preferred.Minimum 5 years of management experience.EDUCATION:BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred, MBA a plus.Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:Extensive Relationship Management experience.Proficient in selling current F&I product suite portfolio.Proven history of account acquisitions through execution of established dealer conversion methods.Experienced in sustainable account development.Experience in “hands-on” development training of dealership personnel.Experienced in "train the trainer" in-store development.Adept Dealer conversion, income development, product knowledge, comprehension, and skill sets required.WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office and external field environment. Extensive Travel is Required.
