Strategic AccountsFull-timeDescriptionThe Director of Strategic Enterprise Accounts works with the field sales team to leverage Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contacts and maximize area penetration into strategic partnerships. This role will manage strategic accounts and work hand-in-hand with Regional Directors (RDs) to extend Kerecis market penetration with IDNs, GPOs, and other strategic healthcare organizations. The role works in close collaboration with the RDs to execute strategic plans.This position directly reports to Kerecis’ VP of Corporate Contracting & O.R. Enterprise Accounts.Primary FunctionsCreate IDNs, GPOs, and other strategic healthcare organizations targeted strategies to expand coverage and access to Kerecis technologiesManage GPO contract additions and requestsBuild strategy to partner with salesforce to open new hospitalsBuild strategy for high-value existing accounts and drive to a closeIdentify opportunities for innovative partnerships with IDNs, GPOs, and other strategic healthcare organizationsDevelop and maintain high-value relationships with key decision makersMaintain thorough knowledge of political climate, market trends and contracting needsConduct regular business reviews with strategic partnersLeverage cross references to go deep and wide within IDNsWork with hospitals and IDNs to "Kerecize the house” maximizing adoption and utilization of the Kerecis product linesWork cross-functionally within Kerecis to achieve management by objective (MBO) targets and goalsOther tasks and responsibilities as assignedRequirements

Relevant technical and consultative sales trainingAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional organizationStrong project management, presentation, communication and financial analysis skillsSuperior communication and presentation skillsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline from an accredited college or university5 years of related experience in healthcare medical device industryTrack record of successfully working with IDNs, GPOs, and other strategic healthcare organizationsRelevant advanced degrees and/or healthcare certifications preferredStrong, established relationships with hospitals in designated areaTravel: 50-70%This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
