YesJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Systems Automation Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Ansible for automation, a strong background in IT service management ( ITSM ) with platforms such as ServiceNow, and a deep understanding of cloud services across
AWS , Azure, and
GCP . The role requires a solid grasp of configuration management within these cloud environments. Experience with Terraform is highly desirable.Responsibilities· Design and implement automation solutions using Ansible to streamline IT operations.· Writes, debugs, and maintains source code using best practices as assigned.· Collaborates and communicates closely with teams to provide solutions to infrastructure and software engineering tasks.· Becomes proficient in new technologies in a timely manner as assigned and determined by management and team lead.· Builds and releases configuration management deployments for Linux, Windows, and other systems as assigned.· Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.· Develop integration between Ansible playbooks, ServiceNow, and Terraform.· Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure,

with a focus on configuration management.· Utilize Terraform to codify cloud resources and ensure efficient deployment and scalability.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver automation strategies.· Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and adopting new cloud technologies and automation tools.· Completes assigned duties in a timely manner as determined by management and team lead.Minimum QualificationsRequire a bachelor’s degree in a related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience), and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.Preferences· Experience with ServiceNow development and automation with other Low Code/No Code solutions.· Familiarity with Web Development including React and leveraging APIs.· Strong knowledge in one or more of the following cloud providers

VPC /Vnet, subnets, routing, load balancing, firewalls, and cloud security.· Experience in enterprise-scale environments, building highly available Solutions within Public and Private Cloud environments.· Familiarity with
