Description:
Dentons US LLP is seeking a junior or mid-level associate to join our sophisticated Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Candidates should have 2-5 years of litigation experience, including insurance coverage litigation experience, and excellent academic credentials. Our associates work collaboratively with our partners and clients and are key members of our team. Expected responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Drafting complex case evaluations, drafting pleadings, motions and other litigation documentsWorking on all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and appeal where relevantConducting legal research and writing memorandaConducting, propounding and responding to discovery (documents, written discovery, depositions)Working with clients, witnesses, experts and other counselAnalyzing insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes, including drafting coverage opinions or other coverage analysesBased on years of experience, Dentons associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate.This is an excellent opportunity to work with dedicated lawyers who are passionate about their work, all while enjoying the benefits of an international law firm.
